The Holiday Market at The Waiting Room and Reverb Lounge will take place this year on Sunday, December 14 from 10:00am – 3:00pm. The focus of this market is high-quality, handmade goods. Please submit this application to vend by Monday, October 6. Vendors will be notified by email if they have been selected by Friday, October 10.
Vendor setup will begin the morning of the event at 7:00am. All vendors must be set up by 10:00am when doors open.
We offer 2 different size stalls to fit the dimensions of our building.
1. 8′ x 8′ booth. The vendor fee for the booth is $80 and is a full 8×8 square. Vendor is responsible for providing tables.
2. 8′ table space. The vendor fee for this space is $50. This space is 8′ across the front and can accommodate one 8′ table or equivalent. The amount of space behind the table will vary by stall. Vendor is responsible providing table.
Unfortunately, due to space limitations we will not be able to accept everyone who applies. We are looking for a wide variety of original products to curate a market with something for everyone.
